Chief Complaint: A 7-year-old patient reported to the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Saraswati dental college, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India with a chief complaint of irregularly placed teeth in her upper and lower teeth region.
History of Present Illness: The patient complains of mal-aligned teeth in her upper and lower region of jaw.
Medical History: The patient had no relevant medical history, no family history, no toxic habits, and no known allergies. No notable extraoral abnormalities were detected.
Dental History: First Dental Visit.
