The Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge, SDC&H,proudly hosted the 7th Col. T. S. Mathur Oration on the occasion of Geriatric Day, centred around the insightful theme "Sleep Beyond Snoring: Bridging Medicine and Dentistry in the Era of Sleep Medicine"

We were honoured to have Dr. Hemant Kumar Agrawal as the Keynote Speaker, who shared valuable perspectives on sleep health and its far-reaching impact on overall well-being and quality of life. We are also very grateful to Prof. Ajay Verma sir Head, Dept. Of Pulmonary Medicine for his unconditional support and motivation.

This year's program was also dedicated to former department Head Prof. Arvind Tripathi sir for starting this event 7 years back.

We also want to thank Prof. Dr. Surykant sir Head Dept. Of Pulmonary and Respiratory medicine at KGMU, Lucknow for his constant support and overwhelming guidance.

I also want to share my gratitude to Prof. Dr. Shweta kanchan madam an eminent sleep physician for always been instrumental and motivating and guiding us in catering the needs of OSA patients.

The occasion was further enriched by the presence of the Haleon executives Mr. Amit Jangra and Miss Shivangi Gupta, whose participation and support contributed to the success of this meaningful academic event. Honouring our patients and residents with the product samples was a great gesture.

Denture boxes and refreshments for our patients has been also taken care by Dept. Of Prosthodontics as a token of love and affection to our elderly.

The celebration brought together knowledge, awareness, and compassion, highlighting the importance of holistic care and healthy ageing.

Celebrating wisdom, promoting wellness, and inspiring better ageing—one meaningful conversation at a time.
