Chief Complaint: A 10-year-old boy reported to the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Saraswati dental college, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India presented with the chief complaint of misalignment of the upper front tooth.
History of Present Illness: Clinical examination revealed a single-tooth anterior crossbite involving the maxillary right central incisor in the mixed dentition stage.
Medical History: The patient had no relevant medical history, deleterious oral habits or contributory family traits.
Dental History: First Dental Visit.
Intraoral Examination: Clinical examination revealed a single-tooth anterior crossbite involving the maxillary right central incisor in the mixed dentition stage.
Diagnosis: A diagnosis of Angle’s Class I malocclusion with an isolated anterior crossbite was confirmed based on detailed clinical evaluation.
