A semi-precision attachment prosthesis case carried out in the Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge , where a systematic approach involving diagnosis, treatment planning, tooth preparation of 43 and 44, attachment incorporation, framework trial, jaw relation, and definitive prosthesis fabrication was followed to restore missing 45, 46, and 47. The final prosthesis provided improved retention, stability, function, occlusal harmony, and esthetics with a successful overall treatment outcome.
