case presents a full mouth rehabilitation carried out in the Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge under the guidance of Dr. Devendra Chopra and Dr. Abhishek Gaur, where the patient initially reported with severely worn dentition, compromised esthetics, and loss of posterior support; a systematic approach was followed beginning with detailed diagnosis, treatment planning, and articulation, after which posterior teeth were prepared first to re-establish vertical dimension and stable occlusion, followed by provisionalization to evaluate function and adaptation, and then anterior teeth preparation was performed focusing on esthetics, phonetics, and anterior guidance, with continuous interim evaluation to refine occlusion and patient comfort before proceeding to final impressions and definitive crown placement; the post-operative outcome demonstrated significant improvement in function, occlusal harmony, and smile esthetics, and the patient expressed high satisfaction with the overall treatment.
