On the occasion of International World Anatomy day, CME program was organized on the topic "Anatomical perspective of the science of meditation " related Healthy Brain Healthy Mind.
Yoga & Meditation as Practical aspect was performed for Audiences i.e. Faculty and Students & given the knowledge i.e. How to do the working of different parts of the brain, and how to release the stress and became healthy brain by Resource Person Prof. (Dr.) Punita Manik, Prof. & Head Department of Anatomy, KGMU Lucknow.
End of the program was celebrated by Cake Ceremony with all Anatomist as Guest, Chief Guest Dr Rajat Mathur, President SDC&H and Prof. (Dr.) KN Dubey, Principal, SDC&H. Programme was followed by prize distribution for B.D.S. 1st year students for their meritorious performance in the academic session 2021- 2022.
