The Department of Prosthodontics at Saraswati Dental College has the unique distinction of having inducted five confluent adjunct specialties to the core curriculum thus making it comprehensive, broad based, and excellent. The department has excelled in research with 289 publications and five patents. It is the first department in the country to be awarded for excellence in clinical research by the AMERICAN ACADEMY OF DENTAL SLEEP MEDICINE.
