Children's Day Celebration 2023

" The children of today will make the India of tomorrow . The way we bring them up will determine the future of the country."

Children's day is also celebrated as Pedodontist Day. In commemoration of Children's Day and Pedodontist Day our department conducted various programmes for children visiting our department regularly for treatment on 8th Nov, 2023.

The following programme had a series of interesting and exciting events , all planned meticulously for complete entertainment. All the faculty members , PGs, and interns participated enthusiatically. The programme started with a speech by the Head of Department , Department of Pediatric Dentistry Dr Saumya Navit Sir. 

Little ones have always fantasized about colours.   An exhilarating colouring competition was held in the department for children. Dr Meenakshi Upadhyay, Dr Seema Jabeen and Dr Shaifali Agrawal along with PGs executed the coloring competition which was judged by the  Head of Department , Dr Saumya Navit Sir. Children participated with great zeal and show cased their talent.

The children were really happy on being rewarded by our Head of Department, Dr Saumya Navit Sir with certificates . To mark the celebration , a cake cutting ceremony was organized and they were provided with delicious refreshments. As a return gift , children were also given which included colouring books and crayons colors.
