74th Republic Day was Celebrated with great enthusiasm at Saraswati Dental College and Hospital Lucknow on 26th Jan 2023.
The Chief Guest on the occasion, Sri Kaushal Kishore Ji, Hon'ble Minister of State for Housing & Urban Development, Govt. of India unfurled the Tricolour followed by National Anthem.
The Chief Guest was welcomed by the Chairperson SDC Mrs. Madhu Mathur, President SDC Dr. Rajat Mathur, Director SHRC Mrs. Smita Mathur, Principal SDC Dr K N Dubey, SDC Faculty, Heads of all the institutions under Saraswati Group of Institutions, Students & Staff.
The Chief Guest while addressing the gathering emphasized on Nation Building and making India a great Nation with its Youth power.
He also declared the Saraswati Dental College and Hospital Campus नशामुक्त प्रांगण Free from any form addiction including Tobacco, Drugs or Alcohol
Keeping in view, the on going  the Year long "Silver Jubilee Celebration" of Saraswati Dental College the meritorious students  of BDS & MDS were awarded with Merit & Appreciation Certificates.
Lifetime Achievement Awards & Honours were conferred upon Prof. Gautam Palit, Pro. Arvind Tripathi & Prof. Ragini Tandon.
The SDC Academic Excellence and Research Excellence awards were also awarded to the  SDC Faculty under different Categories.
The Handing Over & Taking Over of HOUSE FLAGS & Guard of Honour by BDS students was performed with the permission of the President SDC, Dr. Rajat Mathur.
Dr. Rajat Mathur & Dr. K N Dubey addressed the gathering & wished everyone on the occasion of the Republic Day.
Also on the occasion of VASANT PANCHAMI, Maa Saraswati Puja and Hawan were performed by the Chairperson Mrs. Madhu Mathur & President Dr. Rajat Mathur in the College Lobby to seek blessings of Ma Saraswati. All faculty members, students and Staff attended the Puja  and offered prayers to Goddess Saraswati on the occasion.
The Grand Republic Day Celebrations & the Saraswati Puja were followed by High Tea.
Prasad & Sweets were distributed to all the students, Faculty & staff on the occasion.
